At SFURN by Shyam Furniture , every product is carefully handmade by skilled artisans to meet your order specifications. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our furniture, we have specific guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal dislike, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
4. Custom Orders
All custom-made furniture orders require a non-refundable advance payment.
Refunds for custom items will not be issued unless the product is delivered damaged or defective.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Any shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
