SFURN by Shyam Furniture (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates this website and offers handmade modern furniture for sale in India.
By using our site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Descriptions
All our furniture is handmade and may have minor variations in color, texture, or finish.
Dimensions mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade products.
Product images are for reference only; actual items may differ slightly.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.
We accept secure online payments via [list payment gateways, e.g., Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards].
Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
4. Orders & Customization
Once placed, orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
Custom orders require a non-refundable advance payment.
Production timelines for custom furniture will be shared upon confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India via trusted logistics partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and location.
Any delays due to courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our furniture, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
In case of transit damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
7. Warranty
Our furniture comes with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images on this website are the property of SFURN by Shyam Furniture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara - Gujarat.
